Questions, answered.
How ordering works, sizing, shipping, and how to reach a real person.
How do I order?
Find a piece you like here, then tap Buy now. Checkout happens on our Shorecrest store on Printify, where you'll confirm the size and color, pay securely, and add your shipping details.
Why does checkout open a different page?
Every Shorecrest piece is printed and shipped by Printify's production partners. Checking out on our Printify store sends your order straight to the people making it, with secure payment handled there.
Where do the photographs come from?
Every design starts as an original photograph from a 45-day road trip through the West: the coast, the mountains, the canyons, and the long roads between them. Each product page shows where its photo was taken.
How are the pieces made?
Everything is made to order, so your piece is printed after you buy it. Materials and details for each item are on its product page.
How do I choose a size?
Shirts include a size guide on their product page. Fit varies a little between garments, so it's worth a quick look before you order.
When will my order arrive?
Production and shipping times depend on the item and where it's headed. You'll see the delivery options and estimates at checkout, and tracking arrives by email once your order ships.
What if something is wrong with my order?
If an item arrives damaged or misprinted, get in touch with your order number and a photo of the problem, and we'll make it right.
How do I care for my piece?
Follow the care notes on the product page and the item's label. For prints and canvas, keep them out of direct sunlight to help the colors last.
Can I see more of the photography?
Yes. The full photography portfolio lives at shorecrest.studio.
